I just wanted to pass on what wonderful service we received in your store.
We were in a month ago and I have been meaning to write since then but remembered when I passed onJulie's name to a friend who is looking for a grad dress for her daughter. Your store was our first stop on our search for a grad dress in Kelowna. My daughter was treated so well and it really was a special fun experience for her. When we left she thought she found what she wanted but we continued to look as we had planned a whole day of shopping. We proceeded to one of your competitors where no one even assisted us as we just grabbed dresses and took them to her in a change room, needless to say we weren't impressed. We then hit another shop where we couldn't even see the dresses as they were packed in so tight, my daughter had to push past dresses to get to a change room that had been created under the stairs. No she didn't feel special in any of the other stores. I think the great experience was the catalyst that made her send me to order her dress at your store that afternoon once she had headed off to work. Your staff were so pleasant, your store isn't cluttered and it is an inviting peaceful place to shop. We are telling everyone that your store is the one to go to and we really commend Julie on her fantastic service.

Thank you Ten Fashions, for helping us through our wedding issues; we needed a one-of -a-kind, really great dress. We shopped 15 stores in Vancouver and looked over the Internet. After finding the dress we wanted, we were impressed that we were able to buy it locally. Buying locally was important to us for customer service reasons.                          

You made sure everything happened on time. This included three bridesmaid’s dresses and the brides dress being ordered, and delivered on time. They all arrived on time and in great condition. I still can't believe that the dresses prices were lower at your store than anywhere in Vancouver or on the Internet. No haggling was necessary. Your fair prices helped keep us all on budget, and that made a lot of girls very happy. My wife says, "you were as close to second mother as one can expect a sales staff to be."

Thanks again for making our dress shopping a rich and rewarding experience. We will be sure to recommend you to all of our friends.
